my top teeth hurt and i have cavities their that still need fillings. is it because of the cavities. yes i have an appointment

Cavities can cause pain. If left unattended, the decay can infect the root which may lead to requiring a root canal, apico, or extraction. Don't let it sit.

its probably the cavities. my dentist said that a cavity is a soft tooth, so theyr probably really sensitive to eating and brushing. if they still hurt after you get the cavities filled, then you should go back to the dentist and have them looked at

Don't let rude people here get to you. Yes cavities cause pain. Take care of it asap for it can lead to worse conditions. Learn from my mistakes. I neglected my teeth and now i am 38 it will cost me $3,000 to fix my teeth and i am broke. take it from me. take care of the teeth when your young before they go bad.

Could be your wisdom teeth (depending on your age) , or maybe earache as there connected but probably just that u need fillings.
