Do you ever think you dont deserve to be forgiving because of all your sinnin. How can you be totally saved by Jesus and how do you know? Does baptism really help you get closer with Jesus? My brother got baptised and after a while he got back into his really bad habits and now has a really bitchy *** wife. I dont get it I want to be saved and stop sinnin but its soo freaken hard. i want to be able to live how God commands but i always get burried in sin and sometimes I dont know if im doing something wrong or right. It is so hard to live in this world because you want to fit in you want to have cool stuff great house and if somebody gets on ur nerves you want to curse them out or send them to hell or something... You try not to do those things but they are all in your mind.. I don't know i feel like im not saved yet and i dont know if i ever will be cus i dont deserve it . i try to be a really nice person and be myself and acct like Jesus would go to church read the bible n pray..

No I don't deserve. That is why it is by Grace (undeserved love) that I was saved. I wasn't really even searching for Him, I just knew that I was doing a lousy job managing my life for the first 28 years. He came when I asked. Wish I could say I hadn't sinned since, but again the undeserved love is always there to forgive and pick me up. The only things I have to be proud of are the things He has done. You can't live a sinless life but the Spirit changes the heart to want to.

NONE of us deserve to be forgiven and go to heaven. Just reading what everyone else is saying about God here makes me really sad. God is a loving and merciful God, and through His Son, we have been cleansed of our sins and made righteous in His eyes. We should just accept this gift of salvation, repent and follow Christ.
