Other than the bible and it's non canonized texts there are a total of 3 mentions of jesus in all pagan and jewish texts combined. There were one or two others al of which have been proven as hoaxes. Part of Josepheus's text has been altered at a later date by an unknown person.

Well, there is the apocrypha. However, there is debate over whether these are non-biblical texts.
You must remember that the bible is not a single book, but a collection of books. There was a counsel, known as the Counsel of Nicaea that decided which books should be included and which should not. The collection of some of those that weren't are known as the apocrypha.

There are NO mentions of jesus in any writings during his supposed life.
All mentions were written long after, including Josephus.

Of course he was a famous character. Sherlock Holmes is mentioned in many other books, TV shows and radio. It still doesn't make him real. Look for books on Santa Claus. He probably shows up in more books than Christ.
Religion is based on faith don't go looking for proof.
