He said I was at 44% which is unimaginable to me. I did calculations on the computer that said I was at 29% which means I can join right now, or if he is right, I have to lose 12%. Does anyone know of a Body Fat calculator that I can use online...that is accurate? Do you think a recruiter could have miscalculated? He had to call someone to do it for him.

If he was using the tape measure method, then yes it could be way off. The best way to find your body fat would be underwater weighing, but that probably isn't convenient so the second best option would be with body fat callipers.

You shouldn't have to lose unnecessary body fat, I would speak to his superior about your concerns.

It's possible that he made a mistake, but it's also possible that you have 44% body fat . . . how tall are you and how much do you weigh? That should give us an idea.

Hmmm . . . I think you could very well have a high body fat percentage. I weigh 165 lbs and I'm 5'7", and a man, and I think I have about 25% body fat. So you can very well have 44% body fat. Good night!

U dont have to care about that just for 1 min take all of that off ur mind. a recruiter is a human too everyone makes mistakes. But all of that doesnt matter just eat right and healthy always excercise everyday. join in community actively and make ur life active. who cares if u were 44% body fat he could have made a mistake maybe u only have 22%body fat
but dont let that get to u.

ok unless you are obeised and huge and on the verge of death because of your fat
theres no way you could be 44% body fat
go to google and search it and try a lot of them like about 5 then youll know because it will be the average
or go to your local gym

Online calculators don't work. You need a water based or machine based. Did he have a hand held model?
