What kind of psychologist makes the most money?

I know I want to be a psychologist I just don't know what branch I want to work in. So what makes the most money. I know its not about he money but I'm just curious.

the one who writes best selling books, of course.

when you're actively consulting clients, whether individual or group, your income is limited by the number of hours you can effectively work per day and your ability to keep those hours fully booked.

This isn't true for the psychologist author -- she gets paid whenever her books sell even if she's sleeping or vacationing in Maui.


As the man once observed ... writing a best seller isn't the same thing as penning a well written book. imho, that's because best sellers play to people's emotions, dreams, and fears.
