I was injured on the job 6/05 they say my SI joint was out of place still have pain after two years of therapy.want to jog badly have gained thirty lbs and am up to 145 from 115 despartly want to lose weight and get rid of this daily pain will not take pain relivers bad experience please help

the best exercise is swimming, it's not going to place any stress on your joints. start slowly with swimming because any exercise is going to be hard on your SI joint At first.

Follow a sensible diet with 1,200 calories daily and you will lose weight. I know that you will feel better when the lbs are not pressuring your joints.
