At the moment the first things that come to mind are:
Movie: Equilibrium with Christian Bale (the Machinist) and Taye Diggs (RENT). It is like Fahrenheit 451 as an action film.
Book: Till We Have Faces by CS Lewis (yes, the Narnia guy). A historical fiction taking place on the Italian peninsula shortly before the forming of Rome and novelizing the myth of Cupid and Psyche. The intricate story draws in love, loss, politics, betrayal, and redemption.
Song: Christian Woman by Type O Negative. A dark rock song that exemplifies the sensual nature of religious devotion in a young woman.

Movie: The Thin Man series. All Sci/Fi movies. Godzilla and Mothra, all monster movies. Classics Frank, Wolfman, Drac. All John Wayne and Jimmy Stewart movies. (No horror or cop movies.)
From Bollywood: Veer-Zaara, Koi Mil Gaya, Hum Tum, Mr & Mrs Iyer.
Books: The Well of Souls series (7 books)
Midnight at the Well of Souls is #1 of series. Can't list them all, but sci/fi again.
Songs: Lawrence Welk show, Ozzy Osbourne. All top 40's every year. Cindi Lauper, Elvis, Devo, Dean Martin, Pointer Sisters, "Weird Al" Yankovic, Lou Rawls, Sinatra of course, Twisted Sister, Whitney Houston singing National Anthem (and others.) pretty much a wide spectrum.
I thought long about this as you asked for only 1 of each, but I have no 1 favorite. Sorry.
7:28pm PST I find a down arrow - ????? Why?
My enjoying everything to much? What did I do to earn such careful deliberation?

Movie: Lady and the Tramp (I really LOVE 'action adventure' and Sci-Fi movies, but this is my ALL TIME FAVORITE)
Book: The next one I read (I'm almost done with this one, or it would be this one.
Song: Stardust, when sung by Willie Nelson.
Yes, I do ANSWER lots of questions in R&S and I am a 'regular' ... I have 'studied all religions seriously' for 53 of my nearly 57 years ... but I do have a very good 'regular life' and I don't 'think about religion 24/7' ... oh, and I am a Catholic, and prefer the 'old-fashioned' Masses at our Cathedral, but am 'getting used to a normal church' when we go these days.
