I am going to say the same exact thing that i said to another person that i answered their question that was very similar:

My bichon was the same way. He was wacko! We decided to get a trainer. The first thing that the trainer said to us was "What kind of food does he have?" She told us that food with corn in it actually makes them more hyper. We found corn in our food and immediately changed. We saw a big difference!

Also, our trainer asked us if he was getting enough exercise. She told us to increase it by 50%. He calmed down a lot and was very tired at night so he didn't wake us up.

She told us about this thing called rescue remedy. It was a "drug" for dogs that calmed them down. It was not to be used daily. We only used it for parties or when people were coming over so that he would not bother them. I wasn't too keen on the idea of a drug, but it helped without making him sleep 24/7.

You also may want to look into getting your own trainer for your dogs. It helped my dog. He was a small dog and the class overwhelmed him, so we went to the class and learned things then taught him at home. Good luck! -Audrina

Okay first, i have 2 very crazy dogs as well! The best thing to do is be very calm and very firm. they sense anger and other feelings, you need to be calm with them. Take one dog and have a wife or somebody in your house take the other and rub them gently in circular motions not petting quickly, this creates friction and makes them hyper. Rubbing them gently in circular motions calms the dogs. While doing this make sure you say settle or calm down or something like that while doing it, so they get used to the word so eventually you can say settle and they will settle immediately, thats what I found works best! Good Luck!

Sounds like your dogs need obedience training. If they are as uncontrollable as they sound, find a trainer who will come to you and work with you at your house until they are ready for group lessons. You should see a difference in a few weeks.
Good Luck.

Exercise and obedience classes, you and your dog take them.

Petco gives them sometimes or you ask your vet for a reference to a good trainer who has classes for you and your dog. Take one at a time obviously, they need to be socialized it seems and you need help learning to control them.

It's fun actually, and not very expensive.
