She cheats? Alot? She just made it really easy for you to get rid of her! Find out the next she is cheating and have your brother walk in. It's hard but possible. Also tell your brother that she is cheating. If you have a good relationship with him he will believe you.

Tell your brother she's a lesbian or that she swings both ways, a switch hitter. Tell him she tried to hit on you. It's your word against hers. You need to come up with some evidence to that effect, of course. Whatever it takes. Just don't get caught. Good luck.
