Almost anywhere you go you have to be 18 to get a tattoo... period. Most shops won't ink you if you're under age, even with parental permission. If you faked your parents' ok they could be in BIG trouble. Piercings aren't such a big deal, since they can be removed easily, but tattoos are MUCH more permanent, therefore much more regulated.

18 to get it without ur parentz permission, if younger then u need a parent or a relative who is 18 or older. Or my girl'z friend can do it, it don't matter, moneyz all right. Peace.
