Because I need one to wear during an activity like volleyball. It has to be able to let my ankle move. I had twisted both of them a few weeks ago and my right one got better but my left one didn't. The real thing that really bothers it, is walking on the side of it a little, and I don't really realize that I do it.

FUTURO Sport Ankle Support is great for your problem. Most drugstores have these

ACE Bandage or ACE brace (I suggest ACE Brace because a ace bandage will fall while playing volleyball and the ACE Brace gives more support).
