Dont let people discourage you about your age, my friends have some and they are 15, 16, etc
its fine.
as long as youve thought about it long & hard. i wouldnt go for a famous logo though...youll probs regret it as much as you think you like it now.

Personally I think that you should wait until your a little older before getting a tattoo, but of course that is between you and your parents to decide for you. I'm not attempting to judge you, so please don't get me wrong. I only say that you should wait a while longer to give your self plenty of time to really know if it is what you want. Because if you later don't like it is is extremely painful and costly to have removed, removal is done by a serious of laser treatments over a period of time. I know a few people who have had them removed and they stated that it really hurts having it done. They do have scars from where the tattoo's were removed.
Most good tattoo artists charge about $100.00 an hour to do tattoo's. So it depends on the size of the tattoo and how long it takes them to complete it to really know what it will cost you to have it done. The only way you will know the true cost is to go to an artist and show them what you want, the size and colors and such so that they will be able to fully give you a price for their work.
Having tattoo's done can be painful, mostly I have heard that depending on where the tattoo is done depends on the amount of pain that your going to have while it is being done. Again that is some thing that you can ask them.
Nose and lip piercing will not be quit as costly, again you can call a shop and ask for their price list. They will be able to help you with that as well.
Good luck to you no matter what you decide to do.

think of it this way... what was SOOOO cool 2 years ago that no one would be caught dead in today? That's what's gonna happen with the famous stars and straps logo in a couple years. You'll be a senior in high school, be in college, evetually you'll be 21 and people will see your tattoo and think you are totally lame for having a logo of something no one thinks is cool anymore. It would be like getting a Nike swoosh tattoo. Nike used to be cool but now it's just embarrassing

I'm for piercings for most ages because if a person regrets them later on in life they can simply remove the jewelry and be done with it. Tattoos are more permanent and are difficult to undo if you regret it later in life. As you get older your style, views, and personality are going to change. I'm definately not the same person I was when I was 14 and I'm only 17 now.
Even though you don't want to hear it, it's really best for you to wait until you are older to get a tattoo. You don't want to end up having something on your body for the rest of your life just because you thought it would be neat to have it at 14. Isn't there something that you really wanted when you were younger and now realize how stupid it is now? You don't need to have a tattoo now. If you really want it you'll still want it when you're 18+. A few years of waiting is better than experiencing regret for the rest of your life.
And as for the piercings question they cost anywhere from 30 to 55 dollars.

What state do you live in that they offer parental consent forms for tattoo's???
Here where I live its straight up 18, no parental consent is allowed. State law says no. For piercings you have to be 16 and have a parent present at the time of the piercing because technically you have to be 18 just to be IN the shop!
Dont be in such a hurry to be grown up and have something so permanent like a tattoo. In four more years, when your legal age.... see if you still want that same tat.

Im 16 and support tattoos on teens, but not 14. youre going to be growing a lot more than I will be, yeah its on your wrist but honey your wrists get wider. that famous logo will stretch.
and why a logo, thats not the most original thing. Why not think of osmething better and get something nice, not something just for the fact thatyou can. It may mean a lot to you, but will it mean the same to you in 50 years?
and honestly, learn how to spell piercings and then you should get them.

I am not really sure. I would like to ask you to really think about this before you do it. I mean I think personally that a girl with a tattoo on her arm, wrist, or just above her breast or shoulder is rather trashy looking. I mean it stays their for life. I think the only place that a tattoo looks even remotely good on a woman in on the small of her back just above her butt. That way it can be covered up if she has to go to a formal dace or meeting when she has a job. I mean it is OK to get one just make sure you have it put in a place where you can cover it up with some clothing. I have seen girls who are waitresses and they are made to wear big skin tone bandages to cover up their tattoo if they want to work. That is just at a restaurant. Imagine how much harder it would be to get a good job an office or some place if you had one on your wrist. I would think long and hard about it before you go getting one there. :)

If I were you I would wait. I got a tattoo on my 18th B'day (the first day I legally could) and I regret it SO much! I got a sun/moon on my chest. I worked with this girl that was a little bit older and I guess I looked up to her. She had a big tatoo of an Eagle over her whole chest and arm. I wanted to be cool also, so I decided to get one in that spot too. WHAT A MISTAKE!! I can't wear any low-cut or revealing top sbecause I'm ashamed of it.

You must hang around older people cuz i never wanted a tatoo or body piercings at that age. I am 19, and I had got belly and nose piercing at 18. Still haven't got a tattoo, because I don't know what I want to get and I change my mind to much. If you do get one make sure its something you want and not just following someone else.

Actually in that area, the tattoo tickles a bit more than it hurts. At first it may hurt a bit but then your body releases endorphins and it will feel good. Don't overthink the pain bit because it's never as bad as it seems and it goes away real quick.

You are going to hate that thing in a few years.
My parents made me wait to get my tattoos and piercings and I'm so grateful, because what I wanted when I was your age I would've regretted forever.
Wait until you are a little older to get tattooed.
Think before you ink.
As for the piercings, they usually cost from $20-$40
