She’s been pregnant all of her life... Should there be a worldwide enforced limit on the number of kids a person or family should be allowed to have? I really think so... The character Smith (The Matrix) said it best "Humankind is more like a virus than any other organism on earth we spread and consume every available natural resource and when the resources in one area are gone we move on to the next area"

And when you enforce this limit that you're proposing, you're apt to end up with the same situation like China has right now. Women are forced to have an abortion if they become pregnant and already have one child. From the reports that I've read, the toll on the mothers' hearts and minds has been devastating.

I believe that a couple should have only the number of children that they can love and fully support. But the idea of enforced family sizes and manditory abortions is repulsive to me. Some things aren't meant to be legislated, IMHO, and family size is one of them.

If she got pregnant right after giving birth, she could have started having babies as late as 18. Or there could be multiples (twins, triplets, etc.)

Who are you to say how many children a family can have? If they can support all 13 kids, then pop 'em out. As long as they can provide for their children and they are raising good and loving people, leave them alone.

However, if they're on public assistance in any way, they have given over a portion of their decision making to the state and the state theoretically should have a say in the matter. That's MY money being spent on those people. My voice needs to be heard in the decision making process.

Personally, I have one and that's enough for me. The result is zero net population growth. I've got one to replace me.

Yes it is possible if she had her 1st child at 15, and i think that there should be a limit on how many kids we have, each person should have 1 kid, that's 2 per couple, that's my opinion because then us humans would stop over population. And i think if one person knows another couple who only had 1 child then they can get some papers signed and have another as long as that couple is aether old or defiantly not having any more.

I guess it's possible if she did it. She'd have had to start pretty young.

I think it's irresponsible for a person to have that many children, but I don't believe that the government has the right to control how many kids we have. My body, my decision. Limiting reproduction that way leads to the horrors that are happening in China: infanticide, forced abortions, a ton of babies being abandoned.

Sure, it's possible. I worked with one in her late 20s that had 12 kids. I think the worldwide enforced limit on having children won't come in my lifetime. I just used to think, "Can't you use birth control, can't you close your legs, you fertile little thing?" She was tiny, around 5'1." I have no kids and I'm happy. My pets are enough to care for, and they keep me happy.

Overpopulation is bound to be a problem in the future and people should consider their options regarding having children, including the financial impact (can this woman support this many children?).

Have you seen Soylent Green? I would rather the world not turn out that way.

And people think informed sex education is bad and abstinence training good. This women needs to learn about birth control. No, it should not be forced on her. She should learn about family planning though.
