There are 162 references to HELL in the New Testament alone, over 70 of those spoken by Jesus Himself.

" He that believes (the gospel) and is baptized SHALL BE SAVED; he that believes not SHALL BE DAMNED ". - Jesus

"So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, and shall cast them into the furnace of fire; there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth". - Jesus (Matt. 13:49)

Jesus called it a literal place of REAL torment.

" For the wages of sin is death, but the Gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ Our Lord". - (Romans 6:23)

That the place is soooo horrific that the Son of God was willing to suffer the most humiliating and painful torture and death to keep us from going there.

That it was created for the Angels, not mankind.

That we shall each wind up there, unless we repent and receive the atonement of Christ for the remission of sins.

That once you go there, no hope is left.

That God is not willing that any should "perish" (go to hell), but desires that all people would repent.

Well hell to me is a state of suffering.

That is hell.

Heaven to me is a state of pleasure.

That is heaven.

And we here on earth fall some where in between that state of suffering...and pleasure.

Suffering scientifically speaking is destruction.

Scientifically speaking destruction is a negative energy.

Pleasure scientifically speaking is positive energy.

Earth falls into the realm where heaven and hell collide, and when they both are satisfied they illuminate the notes on their vacancy signs.

It will be for people who don't believe , trust and accept Christ as their personal savior . Eternal suffering and torment and probably uncomfortably hot . Also eternal memories of hearing the gospel and regretting not believing in it .

No one wants to be there but the bad thing is that people are to prideful to realize that until its to late and ooops they are already there! Would anyone want to be in complete darkness and seperation from light forever? God is light!
