I will be sending out marketing CDs. I have tried using the plastic and paper sleeves but I noticed they dont really keep the cd intact. Some returned ones turn out to be either heavily scratched or cracked in half. Blockbuster movies, however, that come in by mail are unscratched and very much intact. Im hoping it is some kind of paper which I can easily get from Office Depot or Office Max. Thanks!

Thanks for the answers. I believe I only need to know what Blockbuster uses then. - Netflix I believe comes in a cardboard-like paper. Blockbuster's is like some kind of security paper that's smooth and not at all cardboard-like

I know people who get supplies for mailing items FREE from their local US Post Office. They even order supplies online and the postman delivers it to their homes at no charge. Go to your local post office or the US postal website and check it out. Your tax dollars are paying for it.

There are cardboard mailing sleeves that are made specifically for the mailing of CD's. Some even come with a protective foam liner. Check you local office supply house and ask about them.
