Trouble with comcast?

I am having trouble with my comcast digital cable. The cable itself keeps cutting in and out and gets all distorted. The sound skips gets kind of blocklike and by that i mean looks like blocks when it messes up. Does this happen to everyone? anyway that I can fix this? Any company that would be better? thanks!

very weak signal.

could be on their head end or in their transmission.

either way tell them to put up or shut up.
there is always DTV, but that does the same thing in a bad storm.
