Filipino martial arts have awesome close quarters fighting techniques. I saw a cool display on a tv show called 'The Human Weapon'.
Wing chun is a great close quarters striking art, which also utilizes sweeps and kicks. Shuai Jiao (Chinese wrestling) and chin-na (sieze and control) both have awesome throws and locks. The latter is rarely taught by itself but is blended within most kung fu styles.
I hope you find what you're looking for.

Well, the martial art that is exactly what you described is called Judo, using all the things you included in your question, though there is no striking. If you're looking for defense against weapons look into krav maga, which is what Israeli security forces use.
