I don't know if you should be driving, period.

Bald tires are unsafe tires that have reached the end of the road. Replacement is required if the wear bar indicators in the tread are showing. The eight horizontal bars, which are evenly spaced every 45 degrees around the tire’s circumference, will be flush with the tread when tread depth is down to 1/16th of an inch.

No tire is going to realize its maximum tread life if it is out of balance, has never been rotated from one wheel position to another (rotating the tires every 6,000 miles helps equalize wear), is under-inflated or is out of alignment.

With well-worn tires you're asking for trouble.Besides, they may be illegal.

When driving, take your hands off the steering wheel, (FOR A SECOND OR TWO ONLY) does the car pull to the right, or keep on a straight line.? If it pulls to the side , you need an alignment. which will help prevent uneven wear in your front tires.

I would not recommend you drive your vehicle if the tires are not in good shape. This could mean if they are flat, or if the tires are bald. You could have a bad accident. I have heard about accidents from tires that are too flat too low in pressure. If the tires are bald this can be bad because if you are driving in snow they have to have treads on them.

Your tires are legally required to have 2/32 of an inch of tread on them! I would say that its time to invest in some new ones.

Besides not being legal, bald tires have no 'grip' if you met bad road conditions such as an oil spill, or even very heavy rain; they are much more likely to puncture easily - and do you really want a blow-out when you have your pedal to the metal ???

It is a good way to get yourself killed.

However, if you really want to commit suicide, please choose a way that does not put other motorists at risk of joining you in the afterlife.
