I want a picture that is in the clip art to be my desktop wallpaper is this possible? how?

Just copy the clip art file into your desktop art folder.

Clip Art are too small. If you enlarge them to fit your screen they'll loose quality and definition. On this web site you'll find beatiful wallpapers:
