Does running a high wattage stereo system use up more gas then a low wattage stereo system? I believe that a stereo system that is 900 watts for extreme sakes and a stereo that is 200 watts, the 900 watt system would suck up more gas because it does not run mainly from the car battery. I believe if the car stereo runs mainly from the battery, the car would die in several hours, so the car needs to get an extra energy source from the gas. Is the gas usage measurable or is it to minute?

There is no stereo system that will effect the gas usage. The only thing electrical that will effect the gas usage is running the air conditioner. Other than that you should try to avoid taking off real fast. Those burst of speed, even small ones, suck up gas like a sponge.
