how do i tune a dog whistle?

You mean for a specific breed? You need to get that breed in front of the whistle and blow. While blowing, turn the screw clockwise. When the dog puts it paws over it ears then you have it tuned correctly. Put a drop of nail polish on the screw to lock it in place. That should do it.
