www.dhccare.com It's amazing I swear. The olive essentials kit is absolutely perfect. However, it is expensive.
For skin: drink lots of water, avoid caffeine, alcohol, dyes (like in Jello and stuff), and preservatives. Rub olive oil into your skin (circular motion for a few minutes), rinse with warm water, wash with a mild soap or cleanser, then put toner and lotion on your skin. Always use toner before lotion it helps your skin to absorb the moisture. Use sunscreen (SPF 15, at least) everyday and wash your face every night (remove make up and dirt!)

Jojoba oil is very good for dry skin. It's non-comedogenic & washes off easily.

Palmers Coco Butter..It helps the fade blemishes ( very good for stretch marks) and doesn't leave your skin feeling dry after a few minutes. I'd only recomend it if you have very dry skin, otherwise apply it very thinly as it's very thick.
Smells nice too.

please note that oil never moisturizes your skin... moisturizer will do that... increasing the water content of your skin is moisturizing... and not the oil contents.
