As nice as it would be... opportunities aren't going to come to you.. you need to get your resume out there and start looking.
Life is too short to be in a job that you dislike, despite the amount of money you earn. Most especially if that job takes you away from your home for the entire week. That's rough.
Here are three really good sites to put out a resume on... (I've had the best luck with Monster)

If you seek you shall find. It's probably best to secure a new job BEFORE you quit. If the job's not coming your way fast enough and you really need a new environment, start a new stream of income and when it equals or exceeds your current income for at least 3 consecutive months, THEN you can quit and do it full time WHILE you still search for that dream job.
I accept PMs if you're confused.

On your time off make it your second career to apply for jobs. Do not go home until you have put in 3 resumes a day. Something will come up then you can put in your two weeks notice.

never quit a job without having another to fall back on, start applying for new jobs on your days off or after your shifts at the hotel

Sounds like you've been there too long. Life is too short to be miserable. It is not advisable to quit a job before you have another.

Six years yet as you have paid it off you will possibly desire to have the means to get it bumped off rapidly away, i think of - attempt the CAB to confirm what occurs. the main credit reference companies are Equifax and Experian, and in case you come across something is combating you getting credit, and it somewhat is on a variety of comments and it somewhat is incorrect, you will get it bumped off. it somewhat is a economic element and oftentimes has not something to do with getting a job - and you have paid it off.

save your money and keep your resume out there. if it starts to effect your health or happiness it's time to go. less money for better health and happiness is always a good trade
