What can I do to enjoy/ relax myself when at a party where I know no one and am afraid of being judged?

I am someone who gets anxiety easily. I will usualy just leave a party, because I am too scared to say the wrong thing. I try to NOT think, but it is harder done than said. Alcohol only helps a little. I have low self esteem..obviously. I go out as often as I can but can never enjoy myself.
