You know some people reject my love like no big deal, and I don't send them to hell and get to torment them over it,they get to go on with their lives,And I don't have too much of a problem with that,However if you reject God's love he seems to majorly over react,So the question I pose for you is tell me the difference between humanely love and God's love, and why is he so sensitive.I mean seriously, unless you happen to be sadistic, you wouldn't torment someone like an ex-lover for leaving you heartbroken, how can God justify this,I think it is inaccurate to say that God has only one emotion, being love,in the scripture it said God doesn't want other God's before him because he was a jealous God,I think it's safe to say God has a lust for power, ergo (followers on their knees),Greed (the offering plate aka tive),Pride, and apparently it's a sin for us to have it,so while he stands up (proudly) we are forced to kneel in adoration,It was said we were made in his likeness, and look at that, irony.

You are comparing God with us, which isn't right. God doesn't have a lust of power because He already has all the power in the Universe. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.
God doesn't have greed, because everything is His. He controls the Universe because He made it. God just asks for tithe and stuff to show ourselves how willing we are to depart of what we need, and as a reward, He said He would return to us what we gave to Him 10fold, only if we gave it out of love and respest, not greed.
God doesn't have pride because if he did, He wouldn't care about us and show us as much love as He does. We can't understand His love, it is too great. God is love.
Besides, God is perfect. He wouldn't have an ego, or anything else.
Also, God doesn't send us to Hell, we do. Our own actions are what dooms us. And God doesn't overact when we refuse His love. He continues to try for the save reason Jesus died on the cross. He loves us that much. He not only gives us a second chance, but also a third, and fourth, and so on. Sure, there is a time where He lets go, but that's your choice, not accepting him.
And with the "made us in His likeness" thing, he did, originally. He made us perfect, but we sinned.

The reward of having a good relationship with God is everlasting life. If someone breaks God's heart, like Adam and Eve did, he will let them continue with the remaining of their life. The only thing they will not enjoy is everlasting life. God did not destroyed Adam and Eve on the spot just because they did not want to follow his rule, instead, God let them continue with their life without the hope of living everlastingly. Where are Adam and Eve now? Dead! They are not in a place of torment, because it does not exist. The only torment that they will get is that they will be eternally forgotten.

the huge difference here is that He is God and we are not- and you cannot compare us to Him, in any way, shape or form. Because He is God, there has to be justice as well as love. The love and mercy and grace of God is SO HUGE- just think His Son shed His blood- for our salvation- and because God's standard of holiness is so much higher than ours, how can expect to ever deserve Him to love us at all- but the love is not not JUST for the people who accept Him- HE LOVES THE WHOLE WORLD- however it is the world that rejects Him- and since ALL HAVE SINNED AND FALL SHORT OF HIS GLORY- there is no way for us to escape what we deserve, eternal separation from Him, in hell. However this is where the TRUE AGAPE love comes in- Christ shed His blood on the cross so that we can live eternally with Him. About God's ego- no HE IS GOD- that should be enough to humble us -Being made in His likeness does not mean we are God- no, no, no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While God is a loving God, the majority of humans know that God has every emotion that we have, he made us, therefore he can grieve, Love, hate, etc.
Joel Olstein has it wrong when he states that God just wants to love you in a way that you want to be loved.
Its not about us, its about God. We are not the ones to be worshipped, our creator is, and our creator is God.
If your very own child, created of your own loins, was to out and out reject you, you would not shrug it off and just go on with life as you know it. You would be hurt beyond words.
All this aside, God created us for his Glory, not the other way around. We were created solely for the purpose of accepting or rejecting God, and he created us with this one choice to be done with full free will.
God, therefore does not and will not send us to Hell, he has placed it in our hands, heaven or Hell,. we get to decide.
You give your children a beautiful park to play baseball in, but they insist on playing on the highway. No matter how many times you explain the dangers of playing on the highway, It comes down to their choice, park or highway.

You are talking about a God that you don't believe in.
If you believed in God then you would take the free gift of salvation. You would go to the altar of repentance, and on to the laver of washing. But because you don't believe in God you won't do those things, and so you will bring upon your own self the things that come out of your own mouth, (the response to God in your own heart because the things of God are clearly seen,) but which God who is merciful will forgive you of if you were to stop allowing to be.

Christians believe that God is all-powerful and it is impossible to understand His ways. If we want to be forgiven for our sins and live with Him in Heaven for all eternity, we can't make up our own rules, we have to follow His. You know how your parents say, "While you are under my roof, you have to follow my rules?" If we want to have an eternal life in Heaven, we have to follow His rules. Why does He get to make up the rules, you ask? Because He is God. And despite what you might think, he is a merciful, loving God who is willing to forgive you for your mistakes again, and again, and again, no matter how sinful you are, no matter how many times you screw up. If you are sorry and ask God for His forgiveness, He will give it. Redemption is a gift He gave to all of us, because He loves us.

God was created by people to answer their desires and fears. He was given the human qualities of jealousy and vengeance that his designers could use these against those who did not agree with them. He's basically a reflection of the human psyche.

You are trying to take GOD creator of humankind and box him into a warpped view of human nature..sorry it cannot be done.
If you do not understnad GOD you will think in a human sinful way instead of a divine way that comes from educating yourself by reading th Holy Bible and Praying
GOD does not think like sinful human beings..
Best Wishes in your search for the truth.

Christians and secularists both emphasize the love of God, but there is a justice component which should not be taken lightly. God hates sin and must deal with it. He gives mercy to those as he pleases, but in no way is he obligated to give mercy. Jesus spoke a parable about some people who perished in a tower accident. The crowd asked if they were worst sinners than everyone else, but Jesus said, "no, unless you repent, you will likewise perish." They simply got what they deserved.

I'd say the reason the dumb people think that god punishes people for what sin they done is because of a mistranslation.as most stuff is nowa days.(AKA Myan calender)God gives us all a choice to go to where we want to when we die.Even sinners. In other words you shouldn't always believe what you hear.
