Any nose piercing advice?

I have been wanting to get my nose pierced for a really long time. I have heard that for some people it hurts like hell and for some it doesn't hurt at all. I have a really low pain tolerance. And, unfortunetly, I absolutely hate the word needle and the idea of one being stuck through my nose really freaks me out. I have however gotten my ears pierced and now have 4 earings and those made me tear up a bit. I wanted to know the truth on how badly it hurts [BE HONEST PLEASE] and I wanted to know if i should get it done with a gun or if thats the worst thing you could do.

The first thing you need to know is that you should not use a gun when getting your nose peirced. Never!

I had mine done in March.. I didnt see it going into to me (the needle) cause like you I have a low pain tolerance. Closing your eyes helps alot. The pain is just like someone sort of pinching your arm but not hard. Its not like the needles you get when you go to thee doctors.
Beleive me, it is nothing more than a tiny little hurt on your nose, but putting the actual stud into your nose, hurts a tiny bit. Everyone tears a little bit.
After half an hour, you will start to feel your nose is hurting, just take tylonol and the pain will be over.

I have had my nose pierced 4 over 18 yrs. I had mine done with a piercing gun. It automatically brings tears to your eyes. It didn't really hurt, but it did sting 4 a minute. Good luck

my honest answer is don't do it. It hurts, it's prone to infection. When you decide (and you will) that you don't like it, you have a scar on your nose for life. And, it's not attractive. The only ones who seem to think it is, are the ones who made the mistake of having theirs pierced.

i tink u shud go for it.. it's not painful at all, trust me aite! i've done it before...nose piercin is not painful at all comparin to tongue piercin.
