Do you mean tendonitis? If so, try Aleve, but read the label carefully. You don't take them the same as Tylenol or aspirin.

Take 2 weeks off
See a podiatrist or sports-medicine physician IMMEDIATELY
Use ice twice a day for 20 minutes
Stretch

Normally you can treat this with ice and anti-inflammatory drugs. If the problem persists then you need to see the doctor about other options like injections (which I do not like) or resting the foot.
