Is the Flamingo Las Vegas closing next year?

I heard a rumor (from a blackjack player) that the Flamingo Las Vegas will be closing February 2008. he said he got a flyer from Harrahs telling them they could play at other properties and transfer their play rating. Anyone else heard this?

Not that I have heard of. I work for MGM Mirage and we usually are first to heard about rumors like that.

I seriously doubt Harrahs would close that hotel. They have just put so much money into revamping it.
