1. It doesn't matter what music is on it.
2. Your car stereo needs to be capable of playing CD-RW CDs. If it cannot, then there is nothing you can do except to buy a new stereo.

Many car players will not play rw disks.
Just burn onto a burn once disk.

just burn it with a media program aka windows media player and it should play automatically when u put it in if not ur stereo is probably old and not compatible

Unless your cd player was made pre 1998 it should not be an issue at all.
