I think the Rev. Myung Sung and his wife retired. I heard that some of his Kids were running the Unification Church now but I think they are busy enough with their arms businesses that they have dropped out of the religious cult business.
Note that the latest current events on their current events page are dated Jan, 2004.

Good q, I haven't seen one for at least 10 years, and I live near San Francisco. I have heard about their mega-wedding ceremonies, even that had to be in the late 90s. And forget about the krishnas, the last one I saw was in Brazil.
