I have a 8 days to lose this pudge for my audition for America's Next Top Model. I have been doing yoga etc. Should I also go on a diet?

I do exercise one hour a day.

apparently you can fast for 3 days or so, only drinking water (and plenty of it) and possibly eating apples. It's not a good idea though - im a nutrition student and doing it can put your body under emense strain and you wouldn't be having a balanced diet in any way. If you did fast, the weight would drop off but wouldn't stay off, plus you would feel really weak and tired.
Best idea is to loose weight over time by eating fresh fruit/vege. not eating too much fat or carbs (excese carbs are converted to fat for storage in the body), and partaking in excercise.

In 8 days!?

do some crazy barebones diet, like the grapefruit diet.

go get one of those wraps that make you lose weight

lotsa crunches

but make sure you get sleep and something nutritious before the audition so you don't pass out on stage from hunger, exaustion and nerves.

Diet & exercise are the answer...but if you want a healthy and more permanent weight loss, din't expect a healthy result in 8 days. Definitely stay away from diet drug enducements. If you only have eight days, you should have started earlier.

don't diet
but if you do crunches and the oblique crunches you will get great results
