One way is to brew your favorite coffee and once it has cooled place the steaks and coffee into a baggie and let them set for a few hours. Besides having a fabulous taste the coffee tenderizes the meat.

Either a basalmic vinagerette or italian dressing with about a fourth a cup of beer in a ziplock bag. Flip the back from side to side for a few hours. Put your seasonings on right before grilling! These come out soooo tender! Its the beer I think!

I sprinkle Tony Chachere's, onion poweder, garlic powder on both sides of steak. I get a small bottle of zesty Italian dressing and pour a good bit on it. Then I get some Worcheshire sauce and put some of that on it. Then I get about 1/4 cup of coca cola on it as well. I let it marinade over night in Frig. Turns out awesome!!!!!

I don't even marinade it. I just throw some mccormick grill seasoning on it and put in on the grill. It is SO delicious. I also sprinkle it with the seasoning after its done.

For at least three days in the fridge with whichever marinade is on sale. If you wait a week though, they only get better.

Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs (I like basil, rosemary, sage, and thyme...use dried herbs if that's what you have on hand). A little red wine doesn't hurt either. After the steaks are grilled, I like them topped with a little compound butter (butter seasoned with herbs) or boursin cheese (a butter and cream cheese mixture with garlic and herbs). Delish! Good luck!

i put a little extra virgin olive oil on it, and Kansas steak seasoning. It tastes GREAT! But since the seasoning has some big peices, i grind it first.
