No. When I was in high school I starved myself and got down to 100 pounds. I thought I looked great, but everyone thought I looked like a skeleton. The sad part about it was that I wanted to lose more weight. The only thing I would eat was brown rice, lettuce, and cheese. I would only drink water. If I ate something, I would go weigh myself and then workout until I lost the weight plus 1 pound. Once my family caught on, I was to report home for all meals and was forced to eat in front of everyone. Once I was done eating, I would go and throw it up. It was a horrible cycle that took a long time to break. I am 24 years old now and my body has suffered horribly. I still struggle with eating properly to this day. I am lucky if I consume 1000 calories per day. To me, 1000 calories is just too much. Logically, I know it isn't enough, but that is part of the addiction. Luckily, I have a wonderful husband that makes sure I eat enough each day. If I could take a pill 3 times a day to give me my nutrients, I would give up food in a second. I hope that you are not already in the addiction stage. I would hate to see you go through the same pain that I have suffered and still suffer to this day. Good luck.

sure, go right ahead, if your goal is to die the way Karen Carpenter did. You describe two disorder, one is bulimia and the other anorexia....both can cause death. There are smarter ways to lose weight, but I suspect you are already too thin, most people with your disorders are painfully underweight and still see themselves as fat. Suggest you see a psychiatrist.
