OK i have a problem with .flv flash files?

Question

i want to convert these flash files into a .wma or .mpg or. mpeg format, but cant find the right program to use. I have used many programs claiming they do this,but have yet to find one. I have converted but the video comes out all distorted and u cant even tell what it is any answers would be appreciated.

Well there are many ways to do this, one easy way to do this if you have a mac is to download iSquint. The link http://methodshop.net/gadgets/tutorials/youtuberip/ will help ypu.
