I was woundering if there is such a thing where they can give you a shot to alter your genes like to gaining weight or muscle building ect. if anyone has any idea please provide a website! it has to be a shot i dont want pills or drinks has to be a shot!

There is no such shot, and never will be in my opinion. Every cell in your body has the same DNA, and you can't go back and selectively change the DNA of every one! You are stuck with the genes you have - see a fitness instructor and a diet advisor and get a program that makes sense for your body type! (Can't make you look like Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie either - sorry.)
