I'm planning to join a gym in September but I have a month to get relatively healthy before then. I am only 15 so I don't want anything drastic. I have a slim build and yet my Body Fat % was 19.7. I need a target and maybe a few exercises so that I don't collapse with exhaustion at the gym.

Start jogging now. Get your body used to cardio exercise. It will build your stamina and fitness, so when you hit the gym you can last longer. At this stage don't try pushing yourself too hard, you've got years of gym time ahead of you for that. Aim to jog about 20 minutes a day, building up to 30. Also, start strengthening your arms by doing pressups every day, again, increasing the number over time.

It's the one common thing everyone would probably agree on wanting, yet they'd all disagree on how to say it. For example, some people may want washboard abs, others may prefer a flat stomach. You might want to get six pack abs, but your friend might want ripped abs. Person X would love to have chiseled abdominals, yet Person Y would rather have a slim sexy core.
