Grapes aren't a vegetable... Eat a lot of fruit. It's good for you. But the very best way is exercise. The way that people get fat is by eating things with a lot of calories AND not working them off. If you exercise a good amount than you can eat anything you want.

You don't have to like veggies or fruits to lose weight. Just control your portion sizes. A diet shouldn't have to mean only eating food you hate and skipping food you love- if you love Cheetos, for instance, go ahead and have a snack-size bag of them every day. Just don't eat the whole family-size bag by yourself! Here's a good meal plan for you:
Breakfast:
1 bowl Special K with skim milk
1 slice toast with small amount of butter
1 glass OJ
OR
1 bowl of granola with nonfat yogurt and raisins
1 glass OJ
Lunch:
Lean lunch meat of your choice (turkey, ham, etc.) on wheat, either light mayo or no mayo
Side of pasta salad
Water with lemon
Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast
Lightly buttered noodles (very filling)
Water with lemon.
Also, try to get involved in some activity that burns calories, like maybe a dance class or tae kwon do, or you could just jog around your block a few times. Start out slow and work up to more intense workouts gradually.

well if you hate vegtables try fruits.
Like apples with peanut butter on them. Peanut butter is not bad for you, and will not make you gain weight (as long as you don't eat the whole jar at once.. haha)
Or you could find a light dressing that you really like, and try a salad to see if that makes it taste any better
And if you really want to lose some weight you should excercise for atleast an hour a day.
Look on t.v for some work outs that you could do each day. If you have direct t.v you can mainly find then on channel 368!
hope this helps!

Unlike other people answering this question, I will not judge you. You are still a very young person, and you should not be so concern about being skinny. FYI, don't eat so much grapes. It is awkward when you have bowel movement. For the sake of god, just Google it.

If you need to lose weight now before school starts, then you are asking for a miracle. Only you can make that miracle happen. But you need to change your attitude about what is healthy for you. It is not about food in particular, it is about what GOD want s you to be when you grow up. which should start the next day that you make up your mind that you are going to do things HIS way, not yours. Read your KJV of the Holy Bible Genesis 1:29 He is the one who started this whole vegie thing. Kapeesh?

Simple, Excercise. Take a few bike rides or walks every week. But really at your age the weight will burn off or spread evenly over the next few years regardless.
Watch what you eat and it's inevitable.

Have your parents take you to a doctor and find out if you need to lose weight. Don't starve yourself or live on grapes alone, you will make yourself sick.
