Why don't you beleive in Ra? It's pretty much the same thing.

There's no reason to. It's like believing in Santa, but for adults. God exists in the minds of a lot of people merely as a crutch to ease them through difficult times in life. But with that sweet side comes an incredible amount of sour.

Mainly because the idea of an invisible man in the sky who watches everything I do every second of every day just seems laughable to me. Now there may or may not be some higher power.. but if there is I find it pretty hard to swallow that he actually gives two shits about what goes on here on earth.

The arguments in favor of gods are childish and unconvincing, and we can explain the universe just fine with science and philosophy and history. The God of the Gaps is dead.

I believe in Raptor Jesus, because no where in the bible does it say that Jesus was NOT a raptor. Is that good enough for you? Also, i before e, except after c.

I don't believe or disbelieve...there is just no evidence I have encountered to make me believe.

How many 'gods' or 'goddesses' do you believe in? If there any that you *don't* believe in...there is an answer to your question.
