get a concealer that is slightly lighter than your skin tone...apply to the dark circles ONLY and then blend with your foundation. Also, hot tea bags for 5 to 10 min. help.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

To hide dark circles, you can use YSL concealer or salmon concealer..

I literally was born with dark circles, and have purchased every product that has come available to the public for 35 years, nothing has helped me, even the most expensive concealers do not work. I have heard there is a procedure at a cosmetic surgeons office in my area. will be giving him a call within the next couple of months. will let Y/A know about it when I go

Quick Concealer Notes
White-Whitens reddish coloration and brighten dull skin
Green-Conceals redness
Purple-Adds glow to yellow skin tones
Yellow-Tones down purples and marks

Liquid concealer-Great for Dry skin
When in doubt use a concealer lighter than your skin, that way when you are using your foundation it won't be as obvious as a dark blob on your skin.

Tip- Use the foundation that is in your lid as concealer. Its thicker and will match your foundation exactly.

For dark circles, there isn't a product that will make it go away. That is under your skin. Getting a lot of rest and drinking water will help it. Products can only "puff" up the skin in the area so that its no longer visible.

It's genetic. People of Middle-Eastern and South-Asian descent tend to have them more often than others. Lack of sleep, drinking alcohol, smoking and general poor health aggravate it.

I tend to get them when I don't get enough sleep. What helps me is using an eye cream, a yellow-tinted cream concealer with mica particles that reflect light and yellow correcting powder like Benefit's Bluffdust. Yellow will neutralizes the dark circles and brightens up my face.

Give that a shot

New Mary Kay product! Helps with dark circles & under-eye puffiness! It had great clinical study results & I can't wait to get my hands on mine (they had to postpone it's launch because of a packaging problem, but it's now available):
"Targeted Action Eye Revitalizer" $35
"After just two weeks, 7 out of 10 women said their dark circles and undereye puffiness were less noticeable."
It works against several different causes of darkness & puffiness, you can read more on www.marykay.com.
