My highschool was just being finished up from remodeling over the summer and the gym's inside
was being painted with our school colors and decorations, etc.
Lots of the kids who are going into the senior class next month volunteered to paint it and my brother was one.
and this little, Christian, witch, Adria just happens to also be one of them.
Late Friday afternoon, he and she were the only two left.
and she claimed that he raped her.
We have no reason to suspect this is true because he came home just like any normal day, he's been doing this for two days out of the week
for the past month, and nothing seemed out of place about him or anything.
Now, she was taken to the hospital, and was found with semen in her that matched my brother's blood type.
However, the thing ppl don't know is, she was dating my first cousin who was a senior off and on at the same time
and his family is Christian. And she completely denied this to the doctors because they asked her if she was seeing anyone and she lied and
said she wasn't.
you know the type..blonde, gorgeous, rich daddy, loooveeesss Jesus yet a total s l u t who can't keep her legs closed
and a b i t c h to everyone? Yet she gets away with it because she's so active in the church, and leads the youth group bible study.
So no one believes you who doesn't go to your school and everyone who does is already friends with her and they're just the same?
Her parents are just as bad, they were somehow able to get intelligent Design taught in our school, which wasn't too hard because the entire school board is either
Orthodox Christian or Catholic.
My brother would honestly never do anything like this!! He is the sweetest guy. He
helps out at the homeless shelter, and sometimes does food drives for my school.
And my parents and I, believe this was some type of ploy against my family because we're Atheists.
She has never been nice to me OR my brother. My brother really liked her one time and asked her out
and she told him to spazz off, because she wouldn't date someone who was stupid enough to sell their soul or some stupid crap.
And that really hurt his feelings.
He is only 17 and we don't think it's fair that she said that just because my brother is an Atheist.
What should we do?

So just call the detective who is investigating and tell him/her that she was dating your 1st cousin. They'll comapre the DNA evidence and the matter will be over or not. End of story. Good luck and best wishes.

Having the same blood type isnt as accurate as checking the DNA. It could be likely that your brother and cousin have the same blood type. Anyways, the best thing to do here would be to get a lawyer. There are alot of questions to be asked here such as, Are there any bruises on her? Whats the timeframe between the "rape" and the meeting with the doctor? Were your cousin and Adria dating at the time? Keep this situation between your family because anything he says can be used against him in court, and that includes the cops. All his info should just be between him and his lawyer. If she uses your brother as a false witness, then I would advise your brother to ask her for a public apology for ruining his reputation or pressure to sue for defamation.
imasis2, dont listen to her rant on atheism, obviously she isnt educated enough to know the difference between ethics and beliefs. And a bad understanding for saying, "I don't think she would have gone to the cops or the hospital if it didn't happen," the real answer is, no one knows yet. She is giving you an answer based on her opinions, and opinons are less accurate than facts.

If there is DNA evidence there was probably a rape. I don't think she would have gone to the cops or the hospital if it didn't happen.
Your brother, and any other guy, should never be alone with a girl. This brings about both the opportunity for an improper relationship and for false accusations.
One thing to consider, if your bro is an atheist, he has no moral compass- he makes his own definition of right and wrong. He may have decided it was right in his own mind to rape her.
The trial and further dna evidence will show the truth.
By the way- the fact that you and your brother think she is a slut makes me think that your brother is guilty. It shows the "she asked for it" mentality.

I very much agree with "tjnstlouismo": Get a good defence lawyer, stop all this religious non-sense because nothing can be achieved if you blame the whole situation on it, and stop ranting & venting.

Wow sounds like you are not a Christain. Well first off, let the police handle their jobs. No need for you to get invovled in it. They will take the semen and do a DNA sample on it. If your brother did not rape her then he will be aquited. Do no not get so ahead of yourself. The problem is liars ( which this girl seems to be) tend to lie themselves into a corner. Then when they do that, it hurts them because the police will see thru all the crap she has been saying. Take a deep breath, relax, and let them do their job.

Get a good lawyer and stop blaming it on religion. Something happened, and your brother will need to be able to prove its not what she's claiming or he's going to prison age 17 or not. DNA can be pinpointed to the person, a cousin should be able to be ruled out.

This gal definitely does sound like a hypocritical b****h, but unfortunately that's not a crime. The real concern here is her rape allegation - your brother could get in serious trouble and even face jail time, so fighting this case needs to be your family's first priority.
Alert the police and the investigators of the case about her relationship with your cousin. Ask that they take his blood sample and compare it to the semen. Encourage them to bring him in for questioning.
Let her know that if they pursue the case against your brother, you will go public with the details of her sordid relationships. Let her know that you will require a formal, public apology by her for the slander against your brother's reputation, or your family will pursue a "defamation of character" lawsuit against her. It would be best if you left all communication, however, to your parents or lawyers, since anything you say or do might be used against you or make the situation worse.

Press for full DNA analysis. If it matches, bro is lying about something - consensual sex or rape. If it doesn't, he's vindicated and you don't have to worry about it anymore.
Blood type matching is OK for a preliminary check, but not enough to prove someone guilty of anything.

Christian here also. It doesn't matter what you believe in or not. But, who you are. Are you sure your brother didn't sleep with her and she got scared and made the story up? Have you asked your brother if he slept with her? You never know.

He should offer some of his DNA for testing. Blood type shouldn't matter. Lots of people have the same blood type.
