It is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to buy any spray paint in the state of California. No store, not even Home Depot, is supposed to sell it to you.
With your poor grammar and inability to spell I'm assuming you're under the age of eighteen, probably way under eighteen. So, if it really is for a school project your teacher can buy it for you.
You mother or father or legal guardian can buy it for you, assuming you're telling the truth and it's really for a school project.

Why would you want "graffiti" paint? Are you planning on tagging a wall? Would you do something like that inside your own home? No? Then where do you get off doing it to other peoples' property? And that includes public property, which we all have a stake in keeping clean.
If you are a tagger, personally I think you need to have your arms broken and your spray paint sprayed right into your eyes.
Nobody want's to have to look at that garbage, let alone having to clean up after it!
Of course, if you're NOT a tagger, and aren't planning on tagging graffiti somewhere, then I apologize. But I will say that you need to concentrate LESS on graffiti art and MORE on proper spelling and grammar.

Hope you do not by any graffiti product....a graffiti artist damaged one wall in my neighborhood..we are still waiting for him/her to return without graffiti ! You should ask the city hall where exactly you can make graffiti, if ever...if not you are destroying personal habitat and values....Hope you listen.
