My husband and I recently moved to Atlanta, Georgia from out of state (California). Will any violations or accidents that either of got when we lived in California transfer to our Georgia driving records?

Of course. As soon as you turned into your CA license for the GA one, the old records were pulled forward and now reside in your file. It's the age of computers you know.

They should, when Georgia request your drivers history from California, they will append it to your Georgia record.

The information will transfer. Not sure if they will add these to your license there. I would say it's a probability if the incidents have not been over a year ago.
