I think so...but there are many factors that might also be playing into this "connection" . If you know yourself well enough you will be able to tell the difference between "desperate" love connections and actual connections. It's tough because we all want the same thing weather people admit it or not...but sometimes we trick ourselves into believing we are in love with a person but in fact we are in love with the idea of being in love...
But YES! I do believe it to be possible

Yes, definitely. I believe there are people you connect to in special ways, the same way certain people do not appeal to you. I have experienced it, whether it's in a love situation or just a friendly one...I believe there is something called chemistry and that happens not very often, and when it does happen to me I hang onto it.

Yes an emotional connection can be made - Sometimes when you meet people you just click . They make you feel comfortable which makes you feel connected

i say no. i think the immediate human response is physical attraction and emotional attraction must be earned.
