They can go anywhere they want and not be harassed as long as they follow the law and be good citizens. You know it... I know it... and they know it.
The race card is just an excuse to get away with criminal activity.

Harassment by police has to do with activities you may do and/or your personal appearance (such as the way you dress), not necessarily race. The more questionable you look, the more likely you are of being noticed. Sure, there are cops out there that are looking to bust someone black. Maintain a clean lifestyle and appearance, and harassment is much less likely to happen.

Of course. I've never heard of my black neighbors, a very fine family, being harassed. They are good citizens, they don't break the law, why would they be harassed.
It's NOT about the color of the skin.. it's about the ATTITUDE, and that's something that some people don't seem to understand.
I'm not saying there are not people who are racists.. but that goes for all the other races as well. It's not a 'privilege' of the black people.

You can go anywhere you like. There are many blacks in my town, we are out in the country (not a big city) and the blacks here are not harassed at all as long as they stay within the law like everyone else.

In some cases it could be because your black but over half the police officers where im from are black, so there must be other reasons. because why would black police officers be harassing other black people just because they are black.

Wherever I go, I am more likely to Not be harassed because of my skin color. The problem is that there are still a few places where one Would be harassed because of race.

Yep, anywhere you want to go as long as you pack up the BS attitude and quit crying the world is out to get you. The human mouth is far more responsible for people getting traffic tickets than speeding ever has.

Not everybody is against black people. There is a study that shows 5% of americans in jail are African Americans.
