If he's unemployed and broke then the U.S. doesn't sound like a good place for him. Maybe he should be moving into your country instead? We could use less immigrants. America is closed people, we have enough of you - bye.

You cannot sponsor yourself. The person who is the Citizen must do the sponsoring. Next time don't scrape the bottom of the barrel. An unemployed, broke man is a disgrace in any Culture.

Your US citizen husband must sponsor you to live in the US. If he doesn't have the financial means to support you, the government views it that you would be a burden (regardless of your financial situation or earning potential) and thus will not permit you to live here. He might be able to get a family member to co-sponsor you, at least for the financial portion of the application. You would be best consulting an immigration attorney as to the way to go about this.

she would be in a position to be conscious for you as quickly as she has met here 2 standards: a million) citizenship 2) age 21 you would be labeled as an F4 and the present wait is approximately 11 years except you're from Mexico (14 years) or the Philippines (23 years).

You can try but Im not sure if its possible! I am a woman and i was the Sponsor of my husband from England. But I think if I was going to be going to england he'd have had to be the sponsor of me. Since they will go through and check to see his taxes to make sure he can support himself and you without relying on the government.. Sorry!

it's not based on gender, but based on citizenship. You can't sponsor yourself. Either get an employer to sponsor you or marry another US citizen. Good luck

No.
A woman can be a sponsor if she IS the US citizen. It's not a matter of gender. But if your husband, the American citizen is broke, the US government will assume you'll be a burden for the country.
It's as simple as that.

It sounds like you made a really bad choice. You cannot sponsor yourself.Your husband will have to find a co-sponsor,it's just like a co-signer for a loan.If he's unemployed,I doubt if anyone in their right mind will help him.

Simply put, no. If your husband is unemployed and broke, he is already, no doubt, on public aid. It is unrealistic to think that the US government would allow a foreign national to come in who might simply add herself to the public dole.
