Why are you so concerned? If you don't want a DUI. DON"T DRIVE! Call a cab. Take a bus. Or are you to young to be drinking? Can't take a cab because mom and dad will want to know where the car is?

You need to learn how to go out without drinking. This and this alone will answer your question. Instead of thinking through each beer "Gee, one more and I have to quit for 53 min....or maybe I should give it an additional 6 min to ..." Stop drinking after 2. Any more than two is adding to that amount of alcahol which the body cannot easily get rid of.

Want to be the life of the party? Offer to be the designated driver. Many bars will give you free soda, fun non-alcoholic drinks and your friends will even pony up for gas.

Depends on your body weight but you are borderline. If you are small and quite young you will probably get busted. If you are a fairly large adult you will probably be right at but possibly slightly under the limit.

A normal adult metabolizes about one ounce of alcohol (one beer) per hour and requires about 2 beers to reach the limit so you would be VERY close to the line, one side or the other.

Well, lets put it this way... whatever your BAL is, with those beers its too much to drive legally, too drunk to be in public with, and also I dont believe cops have to send anythign to the hospital. Most cops are equipped with what are called Roadside Sobriety Tests. They will tell the police instantly what your BAL is. However under certain curcumstances you have the right to refuse to take the test. Look into it.

And beers? you should go all out... get some 151 if you want to get drunk ;)

It is not a definite, everyone metabolizes beer differently. Back in my heavier drinking days, I got pulled over numerous times after many a pitcher and passed breatherlizers every time. About a year ago I had about 2 beers in 2 hours and got a dwai. Sounds like you were just unlucky but hopefully learned a lesson like I did.

depends on your body weight and the time you consumed them in, check out this link, you can plug in your weight and other vitals and find out your BAL.http://dogsbody.psych.mun.ca/Tools/BAL/
Your going to be right on the line, your rate was slightly higher than a beer per hour, so given the gap between when you finished and the test, you may be all set. Best bet is to stick to that though. If your driving a beer an hour is usually safe.

lololol, knew that was coming...... ok if your stopped they are gonna go on your breathalizer more than anything, your blood work from the hospital is just gonna confirm it, unless they took blood within an hour, and there was a major difference, you should get a good lawyer, pay your fines and hope for the best, sorry bud.
