Don't lie. Tell them the truth. If you are too embarrassed to flat out tell them the situation, tell them that you have had some difficulties and until you get them under control you w on't be returning to university. If they ask about them, tell them there were some academic and financial issues. This tells them the truth without all the details.

Forget the family. WHat are you doing to get out of your mess? Did you really lie on FAFSA? What are you doing about child support $$?

Once you figure that out, you'll know what to tell your family - the truth. You can say "I screwed up, but I have a new plan and here is what I am doing!"

Sounds like you're up the creek. Confess, tell them you flunked some classes and need to get back on track. Honesty is always the best way to go.
Also, not to be too critical, but your spelling and grammar need serious work if you're going to return to school and be successful. Take this time off to work on your fundamentals!
