I'd have the Vet check her and make sure she is free of worms have her wormed again usually takes a couple of treatments to get them all.

What kind of tumors? Hard grizzle type from being on concrete or hard surfaces a lot? Why I never liked concrete floors on kennels.

If what you said about the breeder is true you also need to have checked for heart worms. Not crtical if caught in time. Neighbor when in service had pit bull with heart worms that was eleven years old. He was still making the rounds of all the BBQ's on Sat and Sun. Still causing the poodle breeders dogs to have half poodle and half pit bulls. Could still climb a twelve foot chain link fence faster than you could open the gate. Still made rounds bumming food everyday, knew days and meals everyone in neighbor hood was having steak or roast. Slept in our house with the wife when I had night duty. So they didn't bother him. .

Well, for one, almost all puppies need to be dewormed, and it isn't a big deal. As long as the worm infestation is cleared up in a reasonable amount of time, they don't leave any lasting damage.
If you dosed her with the wormer the vet prescribed, she should be fine. It is normal to see some of the last worms be expelled.
Odd colored stool can also be normal after medications, food change, or if they ate something wierd, which dogs tend to do. If it lasts longer than a day or two, take her to the vet, but that isn't a big worry.
As for the tumors, it is really rare for a puppy to get tumors. I would look further into that one, and even get a second opinion.

It is normal to see worms come out in the stool after deworming. This is the dog's body clearing out the dead worms that the medicine killed. That is a good sign that the wormer was successful. The description of her stool could be caused from a few things. Something she ate, or the wormer most likely.

Oh my. How old is she? If the vet gave you a three day course of de-wormer, she should be clear of them. You can ask the vet to look at a stool sample to be sure.

If she has tumors on her legs at a young age, I'd be concerned. What kind of tumors? Have you made the breeder aware of these health problems?

I'm not sure what all the questions are. If you can be more specific, it would help.

I'd get a second opinion on the tumors, but it seems like keeping her up-to-date on her worming medications should have her doing much better from now on. Good luck!
