squeez? what's a squeez? a squeeze alows the short barrell of a pistol and to a lesser extent the barrel of a long gun to stay on target. (paper on the range another person in combat). That gun is only for one thing taking another human life. Only point it at what you intend to kill or maim.

Pulling the trigger will move the barrel slightly and cause the shot to be off the mark.
A steady squeeze will help insure accuracy.
Gun Control is defined as breathing, sight picture, and squeezing. Learn to do those 3 things and you'll stay in the 10 ring.

If you consistently hit low and to the left [ if right-handed]
at the pistol range, you might be pulling vs. squeezing the trigger. Pulling forces the barrel down and to the left.

Accuracy. If you squeeze the tigger you won't move from your mark. Pulling the trigger is what kids and newbys do

squeeze is to do it with slow constant pressure
Pull implies you jerk back on the trigger
If you jerk the trigger it can throw off your shot especially if you are trying for a long range target
