Sunshine and fresh air
Shade and a breeze on a hot day
A good meal - fixed by somebody else.

feeling healthy
having all the bills paid
picking veggies out of my garden
sticking my nose in a fragrant flower
when a friend calls me
finding a bargain I can actually buy with what's in my pocket
wearing a new shirt for the first time
singing Amazing Grace in Church
hearing someone say of my work "Well done"
holding my paycheck
watching a commercial that leaves me teary eyed
seeing Ratatouille
coming home
to be surrounded by family
to be with my daughter on her wedding day
to hear my son-in-law affectionately call me "Mom"
sleeping all night in my own bed

my family! Seeing my baby smile, my man giving me a kiss when he gets home from work, my parents 1000 miles away but just knowing they would be at my door as soon as possible if I ever needed them, my friends checking in on me from time to time when I hit hibernation mode.
Without my friends and family I know I would never be happy. I cant say the same for a job cause who knows maybe you have enough money to not have to work. If you say money just look at the majority of people who win the lottery and are still very unhappy or people fighting over inheritance. If you say a home look at those who have severe mold issues and would do anything to get rid of their house. Family and friends are always happiness!

When I need a pick me up I head for the outdoors with my Fiance'.
I love campfires, peace and quiet, sitting by a lake or listening to a stream, I find its the simple things in life that make me happy.

Being around the people that I love...or looking at my puppy and how comfortable and happy she is when she's around me...the way the second I look at her her tail starts wagging...=)
